FAQ on free COVID test for return from Spain

This summer, with the drop in contagion, it is easier to travel.

Even if travel is still subject to certain measures due to the situation linked to the Covid epidemic, these will be relaxed from July 1, 2021.

Here are the main prerequisites for returning to French territory for people coming from Spain:

Have received the complete vaccination schedule, that is to say:

Have received both doses of the AstraZeneca, Pfizer or Moderna vaccines and have passed a period of 14 days following the last dose.

Or have received the single dose of the Janssen vaccine that has passed a period of 28 days following the dose.

Or, have a negative RT-PCR test result less than 72 hours old.

Or, have a negative antigen test (TAG) result within 72 hours

NB: These obligations are only valid for people over 11 years old. For infants and babies, no test is necessary.

It is essential that the results of the tests, whether PCR or antigen, carried out or proof of recovery from Covid be in the form of a certificate, whether on paper or on a digital medium, as the Tous Anti-Covid application, a QR Cod, the European health pass.

Below is a video that explains how to download your QR Code

It is to meet these different needs that we offer all these options in Spain:

RT-PCR test in more than 90 laboratories throughout Spain

Self-sampling RT-PCR test (in the form of a mouthwash), ideal when you are in an isolated place

Antigen testing in more than 90 laboratories throughout Spain

NB: All the tests we offer are not self-tests. They give rise to certificates issued by accredited laboratories. They have all the legal notices for travel: Last name, first name, ID number, date of birth, QR CODE, etc.

Following your test, all you have to do is send your invoice and certificate to the Health Insurance so that it will reimburse you up to 35 euros on the price of the test that you paid. Do not hesitate to contact us so that we can organize your test as well as your reimbursement by clicking here.
