This choice was confirmed by Clément Beaune, member of the Government and Secretary of State at the Ministries of Europe and Foreign Affairs via his Twitter account, without giving details of its implementation; which created stress and confusion. In recent days, he has finally communicated these measures in numerous interventions in the national media.
This new requirements will be asked, according to Clément Beaune, from this weekend of July 17 and 18, 2021.
