Spain is classified in list B of countries, travelers are allowed to travel under the following limitations:
For vaccinated people:
The following items are required:
1.1 A complete vaccination certificate: That is, having received two doses of the following vaccines: Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna, AstraZeneca; or the single dose of the Janssen / Johnson & Johnson vaccine. Also, 15 days must elapse since you received the last dose.
1.2 Added to this is a negative PCR test of fewer than 48 hours.

For unvaccinated people
2.1 For Moroccans and residents of Morocco: They must present when boarding the plane/ferry:
2.1.1 A negative PCR test of fewer than 48 hours.
2.1.2 Declaration of honor completed and signed, mentioning the commitment to self-isolation at home for 5 days, with a detection test (rapid antigen or PCR) on the 5th day;

Once there, they will also have to undergo 5-day home isolation, with a screening test (rapid antigen or PCR) on the fifth day.
2.2 For non-residents (tourists and businesses)
2.2.1 A negative PCR test of fewer than 48 hours.
2.2.2 A completed and signed declaration of honor, mentioning the commitment of isolation for 10 days.
2.2.3 reservation voucher confirming payment in one of the hotels designated by the Moroccan authorities for 10-day confinement;

Note: Only children under 11 years old must present a PCR test of fewer than 48 hours upon arrival in Morocco.
