What is the stress?

The World Health Organization (WHO) defines stress as "the set of physiological reactions that prepares the body for action", this response is useful in survival situations, however, continued stress in daily life can trigger health problems.
How to do the test?

The test is performed through a saliva sample, you must take a total of 4 shots during the day: tube 1 at 08:00 am, tube 2 at 12:00 noon, tube 3 at 04:00 pm and tube 4 at 12:00 at night. No type of food or drink can be eaten until 1 hour before the sample is taken.

What allow me to know this test?

The test analyzes the Cortisol Biorhythm curve, which has its maximum levels when you wake up in the morning and decreases throughout the day. If the biorhythm remains at maximum levels throughout the day, stress is present.
