After finalizing the transaction, please choose the doctor who will assist you throughout the service.

You will address a video-consultation with your professional to check your background and prescribe the proper examination.

Once the service has been prescribed, we will contact you to send the sample kit to the address you indicate.

Then, collect the samples by following the instructions provided in the kit and a logistics company will pick up the kit at the indicated location.

The laboratory will analyze the samples provided in the kit and upload the results report to the platform. At which time, you will receive an email requesting that you enter your private area to make an appointment with the doctor you chose.

5 minutes before the scheduled time, you will have access to your video consultation space where the doctor will explain the results and will give you information regarding the steps to follow according to the report.

At the end of the video consultation, you will have access to the detailed report of the laboratory.
