High intensity sport

We understand sport by all physical activity that is carried out under certain disciplines, which are super varied: skating, soccer, volleyball, basketball, and many more. These activities can be practiced by anyone, in fact, it is recommended to include sports as an essential part of the human routine.

However, there are people who practice “high performance sport”, these people go through special training, much more demanding than the average, and end up turning these disciplines into their profession. Such is the case with Rafa Nadal, Usain Bolt, Serena Williams and many more.

For a sport to be considered high performance, its objective must be to achieve the maximum athletic effort of its discipline in the highest level competitions. Such is the case of the Olympic games, the soccer world cup, tennis, etc. These events host the best high-performance athletes of the moment.
