The requirements to travel from Spain to Uruguay have been established since November 1, 2021, through this decree the Government has authorized the entry of people into the country as long as they meet the following requirements against Covid-19
To travel from Spain to Uruguay

Vaccination certificate against Covid-19. Uruguay accepts the European Certificate of Vaccination as valid proof.

A certificate of negative result to the RT-PCR test was performed no more than 72 hours before the trip.

Once these requirements are completed, you can visit the country without any problem. In the same way, travelers who have a complete vaccination schedule must not comply with quarantine upon arrival. A complete regimen is considered when 14 days have passed since the last dose received.
